Nothing.

I booked online and when I got to the hotel I was told that there were no rooms available. I was actually happy that there were no rooms available as the hotel did not have a clear entrance, I was not able to immediately find any staff, and the air had a really bad smell.

"NO ROOM available in spite of confirmed reservation!"

Mr Ismail Belo, the hotel manager of SS Suites said he rented our room although we have a booking.com booking CONFIRMATION, and said they are booked out. So we had to go to a different hotel. Every traveler's nightmare...
