The location close to seafront .

Very small dusty room.

Clean hotel. Friendly staff. I asked for a quiet room and was given one on the second floor. It was cozy, with an electric kettle, fan, iron, and hairdryer. Warm water in the shower. Overall, I liked the hotel.

The winter blanket was very hot in summer . I asked for something lighter, but they haven't. The fire alarm went off twice on the first night.

Absolutely stunning room, even better in real life and such a comfortable bed! It was a great size with a lovely seating area and floor to ceiling window that opened (needed during the heatwave!), they also provided a separate fan. The bathroom was well designed and a spacious shower, along with a large wardrobe so ultimately a brilliantly designed room with regency details. They offered cleaning during our stay which is a real rarity these days with many hotels and guest houses, we didn’t need it but was good to restock used items. The location is perfect for us, and in a pretty quiet street. We visit Brighton regularly so this will be our new regular place to stay!

Such a minor thing but it would have been helpful if we’d have been able to open the bathroom window as it was pretty hot in there which made showering was quite uncomfortable

Bed was so comfortable and location was amazing! They really seem to care about the details, was so nice to come back every day to a made bed and stocked up milk for coffee. So worth the money!
