Pool was very cold. Beds are very firm.

Everything was really nice. I liked the extra touch of piped in music. I liked the fact that you had table games. I didn't like the fact that the pool table's accessories were not up too par; chalk,lack of a rack and multi sized pool cues. I loved the pool and hot tub. You need a sign indicating how to operate the hot tube jets. I also liked the sound proof room and hallway, and the extra heavy doors( for security, I assume?

I was a bit disappointed they didn’t have motor chairs. I was walking with a boot and it would had been a convience to be able to use one. Due to this I had to cut my night shirt.
USUSComfy bed. Good water pressure in shower, but not faucet.
Fridge broken--swapped out for working noisy one. No cleaning service on Sunday. Toilet paper on floor in 3 places out hallway, all 3 days. Top Golf suite in food court. Short staffed. Hard to get drinks. Dos Gatos is take out counter, not a restaurant. We asked for fire pit to get turned on--facilities never came. Fine place for teeny-boppers, not boomers

Signage driving up to property is severely lacking.. Mexican restaurant had dj at 7 pm. Extremely loud.. could barely talk to the only staffer working.. walked out.. Housekeeping never refreshed our room after first night( and we requested it).. Initially added $50 early check in fee.. then waived it after i complained
