USUSPedestrian rooms at a premium price
USThe room had a terrible odor. Thankfully, we had two rooms, so I moved into the other room. I think the issue was the AC filter. I asked them to fix the problem but they didn’t.
USThe place was generally clean
No toilet paper holder, ironing board was broken, toilet seat kept sliding sideways, no info in room re the tv or about the different shops/restaurants on the premises.
USUSLocation was ok, nice area well lit. bar was nice, didn't use it, The person at check in ran my card 7 times, each time it said authorized.. but he still proceeded to run it anyway. Just so happens the crowdstrike server issue was to blame..
As new as this hotel is, I expected a little bit more, rooms have refrigerators but no microwaves, ODD. The standard rooms are very small, they may fit two beds but definitely not 4 people comfortably. I'm from the area and the room I was in had a hole in the lamp shade the floor was not vacuumed properly and the room smelled, seemed like they sequester locals to the same rooms, Bad for business, we are not all the same.
