USYou have an antiquated coffee/tea machine. There were no cups stars creamers out I had to actually go through the drawers, myself very unprofessional. Then the hotel does not offer any glasses in the rooms so I have to drink a cocktail out of a plastic cup Then you let Riff Raff that continues to scream and shout at 3 o’clock in the morning Very little help from the maids they kept saying you have to to go next-door if you want any of those extra accommodations I certainly will not be back to this hotel

There was a violent fight that went on for quite awhile in the middle of the night in a room on the same floor. It was not addressed until I called the office, and then it was taken care of. It was quite scary and I really feared for the woman who was screaming. As a result, I could not get to sleep for the rest of the night. For a highly rated hotel, I did not expect to have that experience in the night. I was given a total of $179. on my phone, but when I checked my bank account, I was charged $204. $25. more than the first charge.
