Not as describedroom dirty no WiFi no towels no toilet paper no hair dryer to in room with no remote control so could not use no soap radiator cold no staff available to discuss issues with very poor would not stay here ever again

Everything. Got there and a man let me in and took me to my room telling me he didn’t even work there. We then had no toilet paper or tv remote or towels. The bedroom door lock kept getting stuck too.

I had a phone call at 2:50pm to say it was double booked so we couldn’t stay as we were on the way and still not received a refund since 2nd nov

When I got there the hotel was shut, I had to book another hotel. Nobody informed me the hotel was closed and I paid for 2 nights which the money was taken from my account. I would like a full refund please.

Absolutely disgusting false advising run down our bedding had not been change I complained to the owner and he was not bothered or helpful so anyone out there do not go ive seen better slums I cried wen I went

Nothing at all to be completely honest, bedding was filthy blood stained sheets and stained mattresses

Old Blood stains on the bed sheet and pillows. Stained mattress. No towels In room. Wi-Fi password given was in correct. Wrong batteries in tv remote so couldn’t watch tv. Tv was hanging off the wall. Taps in bathroom were loose so was. usable. Carpet was stained. When I called to get the bedding changed he just said unfortunately I can’t help with that and that there’s nothing he could. do. We were 2 and a half hours away from home so couldn’t leave so had no choice but to sleep on the floor. Disgusted with our experience here.

Nothing as I couldn't check in, I had to find alternative accomodation. can I get a refund please?

No response from the property therefore I couldn't check in. I ended up stranded in Skegness at night and had to find emergency accommodation.

Nice place, host went above and beyond to help us.

The room was very cold due to broken window
