No towels No toiletries No toilet roll Door did not lock with key No staff Downstairs was like a building site

Was cheap

No toilet paper. Couldn't even wipe my ass on the towel as there was no towel. I phoned the guy and he said it was because of COVID. I asked the room next to me and they had a towel and toilet paper. Guy on phone said he would sort. But he didn't. .Cheers pal. Needed a poo all night.

There was nothing I liked about it

Well it was dirty, the wires on the lights was showing. The floor was dirty, there was holes in the wall and door, there was no curtain in the windows, the room was a lot smaller then the picture showed, there was no staff on arrival. The floor when you walked in was riped and lifted up so you could trip over it. The keys was left in the door. And the front door was unlocked at all times . So anyone could walk into the b&b.

The onsuite

Two windows one one curtain on one windows the other window had no curtain so when day light broke woke up

Location is great

No one to meet us at the hotel, no bell or phone number to contact anyone, after half an hour i found a mobile number off the earlier confirmation, to be told that our key was in the door and let ourselves in. The room had wires sticking out of the extension cable, which is very unsafe. The window did not lock, and the window was directly out on to a roof where anyone could have came through. The doors lock was questionable, and could do with replacing as it just spun and whether it locked or not seemed to be a fluke. No hairdryer/shower gels etc as described. I would say the building is still a building site.

I don’t even know where to start… Absolutely filthy. Holes in the walls, bedding, curtains. Bedding not washed and had blood on it!! Smelt horrible. Piles of rubbish piled up outside. We did not stop here. The lady that checked us in was not surprised. We were one of 3 couples that walked away and did not stay. This property should not be listed on booking.com
