The Serenity Hotel

Nothing.

Not a single member of staff in the property at check in, had to call the mobile number on the reservation to get room numbers, no towels, toilet paper or remotes for TV. Dog barking all through the night in another room even though the property states no pets allowed. Owner stopped answering the phone when we tried to contact them to get issues resolved. Ended up staying just the one night out of four as it was too late to find somewhere else.

Nothing to be honest

Everything…no towels, no toilet roll, no shower gel, dirty bed sheets filled with little black hairs, carpet was a mess looked like bean juice spilled all over. The door wouldn’t lock so had to leave all our valuable items in an unsecured space. And many more to add

Room was nice needs cleaning behind units and bed we were a family of three with a disabled child

It was very hot radiator was on couldn't turn off and no sheet on the bed ,lots of rubbish outside the hotel

could not pay me to go back there, i have seen cleanlier bins. staff speak little to no english. health and safety hazard as the place is falling apart. did not provide toilet paper or towels or handsoap. shower was broken and dodgy. walls are paper thin and you can hear everything, i wouldnt waste £85 like i did. i have stayed in 4-5* hotels for cheaper so really overpriced if you ask me. and lastly did not feel safe there

Nothing to like it was very poor standard

Misrepresentation of the hotel there was no form of wifi which facilities stated they were, no breakfast provided which stated on booking. Com, kettle was broken , milk was provided was sour shower tap loose , no toiletries, no towels no toilet brush the mirror in bathroom to high couldn't look into it , no full role of tissue , no where to hang clothes,holes in wall and doors , sheets and pillow cases smelt no proper carpark, household furniture broken outside hotel never seen the owner only the cleaner eho couldn't english and to sum it up I am a disabled person and they put me on top floor found it hard to walk up the stairs ruined our weekend break

Mattresses stained. Heating was on full could not be turned off as switches on Radiators had snapped off. Shower Head inoprable as well in both rooms Floorboards on landing was not safe I think we should get some sort of repayment back as the cost for the weekend was not worth the stay
