Very poor room no breakfast was moved into a double room which had been vacated by a previous check-in prior to us checking in has they didn't want to stay over an hour to check in wouldn't stay again bathroom was a joke the taps spun round and no hot water the hotel is under renovation and was like a building site in parts

There was absolutely nothing to like about this property it was a building site. The bedroom had holes in the walls ceiling had been leaking. Bed was broke shower wouldn’t get warm. Nobody to speak to . No shower or hand gel in the bath

The property was dirty. Towels and bedding smelt and was dirty. No breakfast available in the morning when it says on the website there is.

Absolutely nothing about this hotel is good, except the proximity to the town centre and train station.

This hotel is currently a building site. DO NOT VISIT IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!! We were given a minute room with only one bed (3/4 size) - my son and myself are both 6'4". I had to sleep on a towel on the floor as the other rooms were "fully booked" A non working TV, the bedside lamp and kettle were plugged into an extension that had no fuse or plug cover on. The shower leaked all over the floor and the shower doors were incorrectly fitted. The room was advertised with 2x double bed & 2x single beds, a dining area and fully working TV. The central heating was on all the time, but we couldn't turn it down due to a broken thermostat. The owner has offered a full refund, but nothing has emerged yet. Do yourself a favour and give this place a massive wide berth.

The hotel was not finished and was like a building site, in our room the shower didn't work, the bed was broken, the bathroom door didn't close, there was no soap in the bathroom, there was no milk for a morning cuppa, there was a hole in the wall, and the bedsheets where not clean. The only person on the premises was a lady wh9 did not speak a word of English

Didn’t have breakfast but tried a lovely taster treat. I brought my little girl for one night and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We had a very pleasant stay and will definitely come back again soon.
