No hot water for 2 days Kettle didn't work No remote for the tv 1 pillow wafer thin Bedding wasn't clean

Bed was comfortable and it was a roof over my head but that's about all.

The facilities were more like you would expect in a poor hostel rather than a hotel. Other than the lady meeting me on arrival and saying room is upstairs and key is in the door, I never saw anyone else so there was no one around to complain to. Many of the things they said would be provided, were not. No toilet paper or hot water, carpets grubby, no wi-fi. Quality of workmanship very poor with shower not fixed in wall properly and door closer making a bang every time you opened the door. Walls were very thin so you could hear all the neighbours moving round. A very disappointing experience.

No hot water no WiFi no working toilet dirty bedding no staff to help carpets filthy don't stay here it is a fire hazard as fire doors don't even shut properly and the owner just takes money and doesn't care

There was no one there on my arrival at 4.15 The hotel looked Derelict and it and was closed. There were old mattresses and furniture in the car park I couldn’t stay there , I want a refund . I have reported this incident from the booking.com so but have had no reply

The walls were very dirty in need of painting, leaking radiator. Door was difficult to lock when going out. Very basic And expensive for the room

Not as described. NO toiletries hairdryer wardrobe or hanging facilities provided. No dining. Heating on and 28 degrees outside. Room no bigger than a small box room. Owner did change our room but although this was bigger it wasnt much better. He said there wasn't a hairdryer to provide. Bathroom window wouldnt open. Holes in doors and walls. Bedding old. Dirty marks on walls carpet and headboard. Broken regulator knob on shower. Window etching states Bar and Grill but not provided. Wifi code not for the building. Owner did provide code but it wasnt good. Owner said he only had it for 3 months. It should be removed from Booking.com until refurbishment is finished. It does have potential.

We liked the location of the property. The room was clean and the bedding looked fresh. Tea, coffee, kettle and towels were provided however.

On our booking it said we would have things such as hairdryer, toiletries and a tv. We had a tv and no remote. No hairdryer no toiletries other than toilet roll so doesn’t match the photos on the website. The radiator was on during a red hot weekend in Skegness and could not be turned off, as the nob had completely come off. No fans in the room. The toilet did not flush properly. There were holes in walls and the netting on the window. There is WiFi but it is not strong enough to handle any type of social media or internet access.

Bed wasn't clean, dirty headboard, toilet didn't flush. The room was ultra basic, not even a bar of soap or hand towel. Looked nothing like the photos. Looked more like a halfway house for addicts or immigrants.
