Absolutely nothing.

Absolutely everything was awful, so unclean, nothing like the photos at all, dust and cobwebs everywhere!!! Spiders all over the ceiling, no toilet roll in the room, don't actually think there was toilet roll in the whole hotel, no staff anywhere so you couldn't even ask for anything, urine stains all up the side of the toilet wall, my partner was bit through the night woke up with bite marks on her leg, stains all over the carpet, punch holes been badly patched up in the toilet door, we didn't want to take our shoes off, the price for one night was £85 not even worth a fiver, we nearly just slept in the car, we give it 0/100 highly recommend YOU DONT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!

It was only around 10min walk to where arcades/aquariums are and about 15min walk from beach.

The toilet didnt work there was no way to flush it. The wall had holes and lots of stains. The bath towel that was provided had human blood on it. There was hair all over bedding and towels provided. The floor near door was not glued so it was a struggle to open/close the door as it kept getting caught against the door. (I attached images for some of the stuff but I mainly recorded videos and this site doesnt allow videos to be uploaded)

Location was really good within walking distance

Lack of communication. Room door wouldn't open, dirty headboard, kettle wanted descaling,, no mattress protector on. Dry blood stain on quilt, crafty windows. Generally needed TLC. No towels or toiletries as advertised.

Nothing at all really poor standards

The bed was covered in hair, the bed was broken underneath, the bathroom door handle was broken and could get locked inside!, no WiFi at the property, hole in the wall where door was pushed open, hole in ceiling was covwd by wet plastic, water dripping thru the ceiling when the upstairs occupant was taking a shower, some plug sockets didn't even work, TV remote didn't work for the TV, fire panel turned off, fire doors propt open by fire extinguishers... This is really poor standards.

It was clean and bed was comfy. Was a great location and nice and quiet.

We didn’t have a remote for the TV the WiFi didn’t work and we were given only one towel. The shower leaked too.

It was no more than a bed sit was un able to stay in room as it was discussting to much to say how bad it was

There was a TV in the room but I couldn't use it because there was no remote control and I looked everywhere the pictures on the website is nothing like the actual room, there was no toilet paper and no towels so the door to the room wouldn't close fully due to the fire door hing, doors being slammed through the night until I left a 3am, so no sleep not going back
