Central Sea View maisonette

Perfect little apartment in the perfect location. It was nicely centered between where we needed to be at The White Rock Theatre, the Old Town end with the fun things to do and the train station. The view was absolutely amazing, we had the perfect view of the storm that happened over a night we stayed. The interior might not have been the most spotless place ever, but for me personally l, that just added to the home comfort charm of the building. I also really appreciated the kitchen already have Tea/Coffee/Sugar and being fully equipped, including having washing up bits so I could do my part and keep everything i use clean afterwards. The owner was also really nice, i thought i had left something at the apartment after I'd left and it had gone check out time, but they allowed.to go back and get it still. I would definitely book again in the future when I next visit hastings.

The only thing is the stairs where a little scary at first as there wasn't a banister but i got used to and just stayed safe when going up and down.

Excellent views and great location from exploring Hastings from. It’s cheap and cheerful with some of the apartment needing some TLC but nothing to make the stay uncomfortable. Despite sleeping 5 comfortably, the downside is there is just 1 bathroom.

Initially finding where the flat is..that's it. Otherwise all good

The view is to kill for. The moment you enter, the view leaves a lasting impression. It's breathtaking to say the least.

While the flat was great and was nicely maintained, the building it is in isn't the most flattering. Probably some effort towards upkeep would go a long way. Also, the flat's entrance door didn't lock from the inside. So it did feel a touch unsafe to leave it unlocked while we went to sleep.

The outside location was not well lit.
