Central Sea View maisonette

I like location, perfect, full sea view, just next to the beach

Building where this property is located needs few fixes

It took over an 1 hour and half to find the property as it is not sign written on the door to state where the apartment was

The interior of the flat is fine, what we expected. Beds comfortable though we had to put the slats back in one of the beds. Kitchen and front room area are good and sociable with great views. The host was very responsive and keys easy to find. The property has new cleaners who did the job perfectly, it was very clean when we arrived.

The exterior and the surroundings weren't the best, it looks like it could do with a lick of paint and I wouldn't have wanted to navigate the dark stairs on my own at night.

We couldn’t find the property!!!

We couldn’t find this property despite checking the area for a a good hour. Even the local residents couldn’t find the place. We ended up driving back to London because it was too late for find an alternative in the area!!!

Directions and location of property should be improved. It was not easy to find. Better location / next to etc would have been useful. There is also no off street parking , only Parking is in pay and display

The stairs inside the property should have handrails both sides

The place inside and outside is not clean at all. although the place has a big window but there is all birds shit everywhere. there are no cleaning cloths in the kitchen. tea mugs were dirty it has tea/coffee stains. stairs to go upstairs stinks and i think the building itself is old thats why we just didnt feel it.

Location was ideal

Broken bed, held up by book Accomodation wasn't cleaned when we arrived Dirty plates and baking trays Broken knifes missing chopping board Bathroom tap came off when in use Sink plug wouldn't open Shower leaked and door didn't seal Airers were broken too

The place was in an excellent location. The view of the beach from the sitting room was impressive.

Place was Very dirty. Bath with hairs, toilet used and unflushed, salt around window seals and the list goes on... it's a shame because the place has super potential to be worth the amount u have to pay 🤷‍♂️
