"DO NOT BOOK! Very poor accommodation should not be let out."

We didn’t stay at the property as it was so poor. We were in there for 30minutes whilst I urgently found alternative accommodation for myself and my family. I have emailed and phoned Booking.com for a full refund and they have failed to do so. I paid £371! The accommodation was unsafe and dirty. I took photos and sent them to Booking.com. I’m very disappointed in the service from Booking.com and I will not be using them again.

Lovely views & great location. Beds were comfy.

Huge puddles leading to flat front door - so apologies for muddy footprints until we all got in & took off our footwear. Table leg rhs fell off while we were eating . No batteries in remote control for tv. No cafetière we went out to buy one for our use.

"Disappointing"

The view

The entrance to property was not at all nice, kind of like an old shopping centre car park stairwell, then up the stairs across an old flat roof which looked extremely shabby with huge puddles all over it and into the shabbiest looking front door I've ever seen...so to sum up it was more the initial walk to the property that put us off as you expect crack heads to jump out of every door.

The location was simply amazing, very nice views of the see and there was plenty of sunlight in the property. The property itself was really clean and had all the facilities you would require for a short stay.

The only issue I would say was the approach to the apartment. The stairs to get to the property were not well lit as there was no light so gettting in at night was a bit of a pain and could do with a bit of cleaning up.

"Not happy not coming back"

The property is positioned in a nice place Central with Sea View

Dirty ,Filthy windows ( with old bird poo over it ) , Smelly old sheets (had to buy our own fresh and changed them before we slept) Ripped up curtains Dirty toilet The entry door have a flight of stairs in the evening there is no light on the stairs so pretty dangerous.
