Took ages to find property as wasn’t signed and was above a derelict property. The entrance wasn’t lit and dangerous. The flat smelt of cigarettes and damp. Was filthy. Towels were soiled as was the toilet floors covered in hair. We wanted to leave but as it was bank holiday everywhere was booked up also we were there to meet other friends. Mould on walls. Curtains hanging off windows. Terrace looked like disused lock ups. NO private beach. TOTALLY MISREPRESENTED AND NOT EVEN WORTH HALF OF WHAT THEY CHARGING.

Entrance confused me

The flat was roomy and bright. Big living room with lots of hang out couches. The view and the location are amazing. The 3 bedrooms are convenient. Big potential with some fixes.

Cigarette smell: We saw the previous reviews about cigarette smell and the flat being dusty but had hoped the host took it on board since. I messaged about it the day a before check in as well. Unfortunately the place needs to be deep cleaned. The sheets smelled clean but the cigarette smell must be in the carpets and curtains. I got back home, opened my suitcase and my clothes reeked of cigarette. The place is not far from being great but to me thats enough for not making want to stay here again. Lack of maintenance: Overall the flat was good but needs maintenance that are little things: hang the curtains that have started falling off, replace light bulbs (3 lamps without light upstairs). The electric shower smelled of drain pretty bad (and was not hot enough), it needs a check up. The bath was dusty, we crossed paths with 2 cleaners when we left, I am wondering what they did apart from changing sheets and hoover. The flat needs mopping and surface wiping all over. 2 entrances: We werent told there were 2 entrance ways so were struggling to find the right one and right keybox. I recommend to say next to what shop it is, much easier to find. (our door was next to Clearwell mobility) Service: We asked for a baby cot, were told to remind them 24h before. I reminded them 21h before and there was no cot. I was 3 hours late but if you offer a service it would be helpful to provide it without asking for a reminder. We were told there was free on street parking, we arrived to a seaside road where there was no free parking. Please indicate the precise street so that people can find it.

We booked this property but the night before our stay we were told it wasn't available anymore and were sent to another property, 1 Shoreline. The location was great, there was a wonderful view out to the sea. Massive DVD collection, spacious kitchen and living room. Not a bad place at all.

Strong smell of cigarettes in the kitchen and living room, the en suite shower was rusty and flooded almost immediately after turning it on, the beds were pretty uncomfortable with rubbish pillows, there was rubbish from the previous occupants under the sofas and footstool and the dvd remote was missing batteries. We were sent here the night before our stay because the place we booked had an issue of some sort but it would consider the place very expensive considering the issues.

Location was great, right next to the beach, close to the old town. The apartment itself is spacious and well equipped.

The flat was not thoroughly cleaned. There were a few kitchen/ bathroom essentials missing. The outside area was not very welcoming or eye pleasing.
