The best staff! Was very very welcoming and friendly. Perfect location in the heart of town

nothing it was perfect! but wish we bought our own slippers as shoes are not allowed to be worn inside

Was a bit hard to find- a sign saying Baco would have been useful - we spent a long time wondering if we were in the right place. Was a bit cold in the communal areas.

ゲレンデ入口が徒歩圏内にあるので、スキー・スノーボードなどされる方にはかなりいい立地なのではないかと思いました。また、徒歩圏内に飲食店、お土産屋さん、コンビニもあるので必要なものはすぐに買いに行けます。 赤倉のメイン通りに面しているので非常に便利です。 施設としては、もともと民宿だったところで新しくはありませんが、きれいに管理されている印象で、一部屋が広々しておりリラックスできました。 また、なんといっても貸切温泉が2つあり、自由に楽しめるようになっていてかなりいいです。私は朝・晩で2度入りました。 カフェ・バーが併設されており、コーヒーやお酒も楽しめます。（宿泊日にカフェはオープンされていなかったですが、リラックスした雰囲気のカフェバーでした。）

Location and Service from Hotel Management

It is in an awesome location on a Main Street with many great bars, restaurants, convenience store, and rental shops within walking distance. The rooms are big and very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and even has useful items such as oil and some spices etc. Our family of 5 enjoyed the lounge area. Ai Chan was very thoughtful and eager for us to have good time… she even provided coloring pad and pencil for our kids. She is knowledgeable about the area and gave us some good tips. the closest ski field, which is just 5 minutes walk away is really good for young families with an indoor play room and kids snow park right at the closest entrance. We hope to be back!
