The staff was very nice and accomodating, specially Joan, she went out of her way to see that I had everything I needed

Amazing staff - they respond to any sign of discomfort to try fix it - Joanna is the sweetest, and the lady by the bar is efficient! The room - large, comfortable (I was upgraded at no cost due to a Wi-Fi glitch) . I loved the modern aesthetic - mirrors and art. Close to the airport - maybe a ten no more than fifteen minute drive (estimate).

The location is disappointing, but once you get inside they more than make up for it. It is close to a nice mall, the beaches, and the airport (you drive past the most beautiful view on the bridge heading to the airport) - so it is a compromise I would make again. The curbless shower was disappointing though - I wish they had made more space for a partition in their design.

The hotel was not even 2 stars, the breakfast was terrible, we wanted to pay dollars, but they changed it much lower, which unfortunately we took, so we changed the dollars in the market to pay for the hotel. Overall, the hotel was terrible.

The property is very clean and the staff is friendly
