Blue Berries Hotel

All staff are very friendly and polite. They made us feel welcome. We arrived at 1pm and was dying for a hot drink. Abdullah was so kind and made a lovely cup of tea for us.

The deluxe room is too basic. Too small for 2 and limited space to keep your belongings if you are staying for a few days.

Conveniently located near the Entebbe-Kampala Expressway / Entebbe Road. Hot water. Carparking available. Friendly staff.

No wifi connection in the rooms more distant from the stairs. Noise coming from the street.

No lines to dial reception

Close to the airport, fantastic shuttle driver, manager, chef and all staff. Room was clean, food was incredible and all the staff were great

Customer service at the hotel was exceptional by all staff. Food was good value, good portions, and freshly made. 7 minute drive to central Entebbe

Road leading to hotel was muddy when it rained - but that's normal for the area.

They say they provide free shuttle to&from airport but how should it be my problem when they have issues with their shuttle?They should arrange it for you and pay and not you paying.I have to pay for it,so they failed to provide the service they said they provide.Breakfast also,they say they provide but I was not provided and the lady was just annoyed in the morning,so they should stop lying while advertising their hotel

The facility is new but there is some improvement that could be done better.

The position of the toilet in the bathrooms was not the best, it limits the bath space.
