Extremely convenient location, appreciated the thorough instructions especially in regards to parking suggestions. The whiskey offering was above and beyond as well. Everything was clean and well equipped. Mattresses were surprisingly comfortable.

As this is right in the middle of town there is a bit of noise at night, recommend earplugs or sound machine app.

The location, very quiet, clean, good size rooms. Loved the flat.

The only issue was the stairs to the flat they are narrow, not easy for someone who is 82 years of age. Took our time getting up and down. That really is the only issue, maybe highlight this for folk so they are aware.

Location is great, reasonable price

Thought it could have been cleaner, few cobwebs in the house and the shower really needs a deep bleach or re-grouting. I feel the heating could have been put on a timer to make it more welcoming. Felt very cold and unused

There was some loud noise from neighbour, could be better locks security.

The complimentary Loch Lomond one of my favourites. The bed was sooo comfy, just what was needed when outside was hitting -3

The town was so lovely and so much to do

The access to the property was hazardous, the beds and sofa's were uncomfortable, the lack of parking was a massive let down also it was very hard to sleep due to the noise from surrounding apartments
