First of all this apartment is not in the location that is pinpointed on the map on Booking.com, it is another 15 minute walk from where it shows. The apartment was quite hard to find but was easy enough to get in once we found the block. The apartment itself is definitely in need of some TLC, the photos on Booking.com have definitely been massively enhanced. We were only provided with 2 thin bath towels, and as a group of 5 people, we ended up having to share towels. The main bathroom toilet was constantly running water which I let the owner know of. The apartment worked out about £35 each for the night which seems okay but the location wasn’t where we expected and the apartment doesn’t really look like the photos.

Access was tricky to start with and it took a little while to get it resolved. But once we were in it was great

Host not responsive My daughter and I were left with nowhere to stay as could not get hold of people from the property despite calling approx 8 times, messaging and emailing.

Comfortable rooms and sofa. Location is just off the top of broad street so convenient if you need to be that end of town.

There was a lack of towels for the number of people. The kitchen appliances didn’t work, left a box of chocolates but lacked basics like tea bags- bit strange. The whole flat unfortunately stunk of weed as the people the night before had clearly been smoking it- wasn’t pleasant. Host was helpful but you had to chase them for the information on how to enter the flat.

The cleanliness, comfort, good water pressure, WiFi, charging ports for international travelers. Proximity to activities and grocery stores. Morrisons was a few minutes away.

The property was located in the heart of Birmingham, so easily accessible and we had many shops near by. It was absolutely gorgeous from the moment we walked in, the interior is stunning and the place was spotless! Definitely will be booking again and the man (sorry I didn’t catch your name) who was in charge of the booking was so lovely, with excellent communication. When we couldn’t figure out how to open the balcony door, he took the time to explain and offered a video demonstration if we still struggled. A 10/10 experience.

Apartment well equipped comfortable and clean

The information emailed from Booking.com did not tell me how to find the building or the key code to enter the building. I had to contact the host twice who was very helpful. I felt unsafe as a single female as the area was unmanned, no one around. Booking.com website said it was 300m from my venue . It was 15 minutes by taxi
