Central Birmingham 2 Bed with Balcony and City Views

Very clean and comfortable. The radiator in the lounge was not working and so the owner very quickly supplied us with electric heaters. Fantastic service

Not alot to like. Entrance is down a side alley. Secure coded door was either broken or kept open. Heavy smell of drug use in block. Interior decor needs attention. No working heating in apartment bar some plug ins which didn't feel comfortable leaving on overnight. Broken handle on balcony, bedroom door won't shut. Nowhere to hang clothes. Booking.com states location is near Brindley place/Broad street as per previous reviews have stated. But owner has refused to change location pin, only commenting it states Broadway Plaza. All in all very poor property, maybe ok during warmer weather. Have attached photos from Booking.com to prove the location issue

Handy location, relatively clean. Easy access and good communication.

Double bedroom was cold, heating didn't work. Window seal not great either could hear road noise all night. Toilet seat not secure. Kitchen floor lino was rippled and a possible hazard. Not enough towels. Apartment big enough for 5 people, we had 4 staying. Another guest enquired about staying with us and they wanted more money when enquiring. We were using the same number of bed as they were sharing.

Road noise from the main bedroom

great location just 2 minutes walk from metro station beside cinema and shopping center and complex spacious apartment, very clean and comfy. 2 spotless bathrooms very food value for money nice and friendly staff easy and smooth check in all facilities available including washing machine, fridge 2 TVs , WIFI, microwave, bboiler also they put some tea, coffee, ssugar, milk and egg for us

just two things to be fixed , 1st is the shower hanger in the main toilet was broken, so i had to carry the shower while taking a bath. 2nd is the sofa is also slightly broken and needs to be replaced apart from these all were good

The balcony has stunning views of birmingham the place is big and spacious.Very easy to get into and find as the host sent pictures and very clear instruction's. Its very comfortable and homely peaceful and quiet, great location plenty to do at your doorstep. The tv was a smart tv theres two one in the bedroom to and with netflix ready. Its very clean and smells amazing.
