Convenient location for Utilita arena Helpful landlady

Turned up at the flat and the beds were not made, the TV was still on and the flat smelt of weed. It looked like someone was either still there or had literally just left. Rang the help number and the landlady apologized and gave us a replacement flat next door. It was a miscommunication with the cleaner apparently. Didn't feel 100% safe with drugs around. Stayed overnight but would not recommend.

I liked the balcony and the decor was nice.

There was no shower gel in the room. Only 2 hand towels. There was only 1 toilet roll and no kitchen roll. When asked for some the owner sent a message refusing and telling me I could refund the room. That was very rude

Good location

It was surface level clean but there was crumbs etc on the sofa. We also had no electricity throughout the flat on arrival day for at least 5 hours, this was resolved however but inconvenient. Very noisy and cold as the front door was banging and letting in a draft all night.

Cold and was difficult to heat up property Communication was a little slow at times but nothing major Very difficult for uber drivers to find property & nowhere obvious for them to stop for you to collect your order (not a negative but just to keep in mind) Bedroom light needs to be brighter

it was not cleaned properly hande bars were sticky kicthen stinks

Here are a few things that I believe would be beneficial to the property and for future guests. Lamps are needed in living room & bed rooms to give that cosy feeling of an evening. The lightbulb in the main bedroom needs changing as it gives off no actual light. A frying pan is needed in the kitchen as we had to buy one to use. Radiator in the living room not working.
