The ceiling had collapsed in the bathroom, there was chewing gum on the wall by the pillow, there was only a sofa, not a sofa bed for the 5th person, insufficient tea, coffee and milk and coffee pods were OOD

Every thing was amazing

This stay was very disappointing. Check-in on Booking.com was stated as 14:00; however, on arrival there was no key/fob available. After several attempts at calling the host, we were only able to gain access at approximately 14:20. The bedroom window was broken and did not close properly. Each morning it was open as shown in the attached photo, which made the apartment extremely cold and very noisy throughout the stay, particularly during sub-zero temperatures. The heater in the living room was also not working, making the main living space uncomfortable. The cleanliness of the apartment was not up to an acceptable standard, which was disappointing. Although the property is advertised as having one bathroom, the only functional bathroom was accessed through one of the bedrooms, meaning that if the other guest needed to use the toilet during the night it would disturb the person sleeping. This was impractical and not made clear prior to booking. When these issues were raised, the host’s response was rude and dismissive. Rather than addressing the concerns, they denied the problems and focused on disputing the complaint. I did not feel listened to, and the response lacked professionalism. Based on the condition of the apartment, the poor check-in experience, and the host’s attitude, I would not recommend this stay.

Parking and fast replying from the host

There was only one toilet available for us to use, and it was located in one of the bedrooms. This meant that anyone needing to use the toilet had to enter the bedroom, which doesn't make much sense, especially if someone needed to go in the middle of the night.
