*Booking.com had not told us about problem with toilet in the original apartment so owner had to arrange to change apartment just before we arrived *Instructions to use key fob not clear. Easy once explained by owner *Had to find:- Towel and pillow for sofa bed occupier Tea towels Because of late change Wi fi code in lounge incorrect

On arrival the property bathroom was completely out of use. We were not made aware of this. It was like a building site and parts of the bathroom ceiling was missing, other parts were hanging down. Contacted owner on WhatsApp and was offered refund and to find somewhere else , but this was short notice and had no where else to stay at short notice. Was told booking.com should have made me aware before arrivals- this did not happen. Rang booking.com who report they were not aware of any issues at property or building work being done. Owner declined refund and booking.com offered £19 as compensation!!

Perfect location for our needs. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Everything worked, nothing broken. Great size fridge and freezer.

Apartment entry isn’t great, but then, we didn’t sleep in the entry! Kitchen lights were dim, a couple of bulbs out. Kitchen could do with a refreshing. I wouldn’t cook in there but ok for snacks and drinks.

Had everything we needed for a short stay. Some nice aspects and decor, great for what we required! Communication with the owner was quick and useful

Nothing about the property as such, only finding the car with the key safe on in the huge maze like car park was a struggle! Basically if you book, the key safe is to your right once you’ve gone through the car park barriers, so going back on yourself in the car park

Do not book, we booked myself and a colleague to stop here for work, however it was not like the images. 1. False Advertising:
The listing clearly stated the accommodation had a pool, sauna, and gym. In reality, these were not part of the property at all but located in a nearby leisure centre and required additional payment. 2. Last-Minute Change by Host:
On the day of arrival, the host messaged us to say there was an issue with the original apartment. They offered either a full refund or a replacement apartment of the same layout. With no other place to go at short notice, we agreed to the alternative. 3. Unacceptable and Unsafe Conditions in the Replacement Apartment: * Broken door handle * Strong smell of weed * Mail addressed to other people inside the property * Building entry fob was attached to a car in a parking lot, inside an unsecured lockbox, where multiple keys for other apartments were accessible * The fob did not work; we were only able to enter because someone else staying in the building let us in * The hallway and area were filthy with rubbish everywhere, a broken door next door, and a dirty sofa left outside * The toilet door handle was broken, making it unusable * The general area and building felt extremely unsafe and poorly maintained We Left Immediately after deciding it was completely unsuitable and unsafe. We then had to find and pay for another place to stay late at night, which was incredibly stressful and added significant unplanned costs The host is now refusing a refund, stating the issue was based on our “feelings,” despite previously offering a full refund when they could no longer provide the original apartment. This refusal ignores the actual physical issues, safety concerns, and misrepresentation involved.
