Central Birmingham 2 Bed with Balcony and City Views

Hot water system was bad it has old boiler fitted, if you run bath then there will be no water for a while, electric heater fitted right beside the bed, safety hazard, properly has power supply problems, we had power cut in morning, there wasn’t any electricity supply for two hours

The apartment cancelled our booking the night before we were due to stay there. Was tasked to find another

Good location with local facilities. Clean apartment tastefully decorated.

Lounge area was a bit cold. I don't think the heater was working in the lounge or twin room, but there was a space heater so no big issue

There was no Heather at the main bedroom also there was no hot water I would appreciate a full refund

The apartment was ok

The property looked lovely and was great value for money clean and comfortable too

The host was quick to response when we couldn’t get in as they had changed the code on the key lock box and also when we rang her to say there were still dirty towels hanging in the apartment and not enough clean ones!

The apartment was noisy, the general areas were not clean, dirty towels were left in the apartment, only one light in the kitchen worked and the kettle was unuseable due to damage from previous guests! 5 of us stayed here as the property was advised to take this many however the apartment is really only set up for four people as there are only 4 mugs, 4 glasses etc and my sister in law slept on the ‘sofabed’ which actually they just put a sheet on the sofa and removed the back cushions so not as advertised at all.

I liked how clean the rooms were and how easy it was to check in !
