Very good price for such accomodation, clean, cosy, very near railway station

DO NOT BOOK! It looks pretty on pictures, but please trust me! We had the Keshi room which has a bathtub in the bedroom and a bathroom separately. After my shower, I got out and could hear water running in the bedroom. We quickly saw that it was pouring out from the bathtub (which we never used) and absolutely soaked the entire floor of the room. Luckily my husband was able to find the water main quickly and turned off all the water. We tried to contact the property manager but didn’t hear back until after we checked out the following day. They were very dismissive and made zero effort to make things right. They said they would talk to the owners and get back to us, but 5 days later and now they’re just not responding anymore. They even admitted originally that there is a “serious problem with the piping”. We had to travel with wet clothes, slept in a room covered with water and didn’t have any water for the remainder of our stay. If it weren’t for my husband finding the water main so quickly it would’ve cost them thousands in repairs. No thanks, no apology, nothing. You are better off staying anywhere else!

1h avant d’arriver, l’hôte nous a écrit qu’il avait un problème de plomberie dans la chambre. Ils nous ont donc relocaliser a 1h de route de la chambre. On arrive à la nouvelle place et la chambre n’est pas propre, des cheveux dans la douche et des traces de pieds par terre, les oreillers avec du maquillage, c’était pas propre. Après avoir vécu tous ses problèmes, ils nous ont juste remboursé 35 euros et croyaient que c’était suffisant.
