This property was brand new and beautifully designed, the staff were super helpful and accommodating. I wish I booked for longer!

nice location even bit further, its only take about 5 minutes ride to the famous Padang Padang Beach. The room was excellent with all complete amenities provided! but too bad the public pool haven't ready yet.. will definitely book again!

Great location and got upgraded to Room with Indoor pool was fun and it takes 5-7min to go to most famous areas in Uluwatu. Even the surrounding area still in construction but room is perfect! More than worth the money! Book it and enjoy a nice stay with 0 regrets!

The place is far from ready to receive guests. The rooms are right inside an unfinished construction site and the rooms that are offered for rent are also not ready in terms of their interior design and they have a lot of problems - we didn't have sofa covers, the air conditioner didn't work, there were problems with the door which is actually a window and they had to replace it, the faucets are full of rust, the room Wasn't that clean. There is no air conditioner in the kitchen, which makes the area an uninhabitable place because it is too hot there. The rooms are not cleaned - we stayed there for four nights and did not come to clean any night. The staff is kind and probably aware that the place is not ready in any way, but I think it is definitely not in the interest of presenting the room in this way, and certainly not at this price. Its location is also relatively far from the main road. All in all, we really did not enjoy ourselves and are really not satisfied with our experience and definitely do not recommend!
