Spotless nice yard and room, staff super helpful and friendly, arranged tours and transport for us, food was really good. Surrounded by rice fields, expected calm sleep but nonetheless due to thin walls we could hear some party nearby.

The feeling of damp in the room was strong, weak wifi. One staff member was listening to the music very loudly.

This the best stay which you can choose in Dambulla city! The hotel is located in a walk distance from the main road between the rice fields. You will have peace and nature around you. The rooms are great and clean with all necessarcy equipment (hair dryer, hot water, towels etc.). The staff is excelent and really helpful - they will organize everything you need. It’s worth to mention about their restaurant- big portions, delicious food and great prices. If you planning to visit Sigirya/Polonnaruwa - again ask the host. They know the really nice guy with tuk tuk who transport you, show you hidden spots and tell a lot about the neighborhod. As always in a really good price.

This was the best accommodation of our 3 week stay in Sri Lanka! The place is very nice and calm in the middle of fields. Just lovely.

Excellent place, excellent staff, excellent location. We loved the food, very tasty and prepared with care. Breakfast was full of variety every day. Hosts were very kind and eager to help. We couldn't be happier, absolute value, would recommend to anybody without reservations.

Great place, very well located. Close to the center (5 minutes walking) but in a quiet location, surrounded by rice fields. Awesome and super friendly staff, they help you with anything you could wish for.
