We were relocated 30min before checking in time unapologetically to : Good Afternoon, you have been relocated to 26Tylerhurst gardens, ilford,IG1 2QL I asked why we were being relocated at short notice, we were told that the room we booked was not accessible as the previous occupant had an operation and had gone with the keys. We booked a room with a private bathroom and toilet but when we went to the accommodation in question we were sharing the bathroom/toilet. I got a UTI. The first night we couldn’t sleep because it was noisy. The kettle we found in the room smelled like something died in it. We had to take it outside the bedroom. I wouldn’t recommend this place at ALL
