After making a reservation and booking for this property and being charged with payment i have been reached out by the property host that this booking i have requested is not avaible and i should contact booking customer services so long story short i have been charged for 90£ and soon after that got message from this property host that it is not available so i had been left without place to stay and without 90£ they charged me for not getting my place to stay for night

There was nothing to like about the property it was very small and the agent Joy is a thief! They stole our personal belongings we left there and did not want to communicate with us and was so rude to us and ended up saying it was thrown in the bin ! Stuff worth over a £1000

The shared toilet and the bathroom. The owner did not specify whether it’s a shared bathroom or not because I wanted an en-suite. The bathroom sink was dirty
GBGBGBNo food shops available nearby and inside the room is little okay other than that not that much good.
The toilet is not clean. There are not much vessels available in kitchen. No staffs were there for asking any help or doubts. And main thing is it's easily hear the sound from the next room even the room doors are closed. No privacy.
