Everything was very nice

I didn't get to stay there. I was told an hour before arrival about a double booking. The host said she would refund me, but I have not heard back from her since that day. I have since reported her to Booking.com.

Absolutely bad place to stay

I absolutely didn’t like the attitude of the owner. From the first minute he was aggressive and not pleasant. I also didn’t like the noise in the corridor.Absolutely the random person get to the house and was talking to someone through the phone around 45 minutes in the hall He was talking loudly then he was laughing. I wasn’t sure if it’s was the staff or random person , but anyway it’s was absolutely unprofessional and horrible behaviour Then that person just knocked to my door while I was sleeping he woke me up and asked an unclear question The neighbours are noisy absolute unsanitary conditions

Nothing. The property owner was rude and drunk? Made us wait 2 hours to get into the room even. Super disappointed.

Paid extra for facilities like separate washroom and was given a shared washroom. The room was supposed to be non-smoking, but guess what? it wasn't. The bedsheets were disgusting as well. There's not a single good thing to say. Icing on top, we were issued no refund, and we didn't even stay in the place.

I was not offered any accommodation, I was told that they overbooked rooms hence didn't have any room for me, I've been requesting for a refund for nearly a month now, kindly refund my money or give another accommodation for my money. My phone number is 07475533936
