I would like to underline that we enjoyed everything at this property. The room and the bathroom are very modern and clean. The help and support from Gianmarco made our holiday very enjoyable. Everything was amazing. The station bus is in front of the property and the buses can be used for all destinations, both Cagliari city and Poetto beach. We are very impressed with the cleaning, also. We are very thankful to the lady, who did care so well for our room everyday. Also, we would like to underline that Gianmarco hospitality and help are outstanding services. We will recommend to our friends and colleagues the flats of this property. We did visit everything that Gianmarco recommended us. Sardinia is one of the best island in the world. Poetto beach, where is the property is wonderful. Thank you one more time for everything.

The road can be busy during rush hour, but with doors closed, does not spoil the room.

The room is just perfect, well organized and very clean. The room Poseidone which I booked is small but every inch of space has been thought about and wisely used. Bathroom and shower fantastic. I really liked the furnishing very functional and of good taste. Very comfortable bed. Everything is very new and well kept. Courtesy coffee and sweets replaced every day. The management and the cleaning staff incredibly nice and helpful.

Helios guesthouse is located at walking distance from the Poetto Beach which is very nice to visit. The property is located on the Poetto Boulevard where the traffic is intense especially during the morning and afternoon. With the soundproof windows closed the noise is minimal but sitting on the small nice terrace the noise level is not pleasant. That’s the only ‘minus’ of the property which is due strictly to the location.

The guest house was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The host was welcoming and helpful, and the location was perfect, close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. I especially appreciated the balcony and the attention to detail in the room.

There was absolutely nothing to complain about. Everything exceeded expectations.

it was new, designer equipment, very clean, coffee maker, tea maker, breakfast choice of wrapped pastry, cornflakes, very nice, the owner was very helpful, with tips on what to see and taste, from my room to the side I could see buses’ departures on digital screen which was very handy. Supermarket just around the corner. It’s very easy to get about the town and beaches. I enjoyed my stay here.

some people may not like hearing the traffic outside as it is main road

The room was beautifully clean, the communication with the host was great, I would highly recommend this accommodation, the beach is a short walk away and the grocery store is a short walk away. Thank you 🙂

Super nice staff - shoutout to Gianmarco & the cleaning lady (didn’t get her name unfortunately). Super helpful and kind. Daily cleaning, awesome shower.
