We didn't have a car which was inconvenient as the road to get to the beaches/restaurants in heavily trafficked and do not have pedestrian pavements all the way plus crossing the roundabout was not easy.

So many things are great about Helios Guest House . We booked our room Afrodite for 12 nights.The welcome was fuss free and warm. Gianmarco was always superhelful and easy to reach via WhatsApp. He gave us great recommendations for the best beach clubs on Poetto beach and restaurants. Lucia kept our room spotless every day, her attention to details was superb. The room was pleasantly sized and modern with a large bed and modern facilities equivalent to a 4/5 stars hotel ( good size TV, coffee machine, kettle, selection of several coffee pods, teas, and brioches for breakfast; the minifridge was refilled daily with 2 bottles of water and milk).The balcony gave further extra space. The bathroom has a wonderful walk in rain shower, so great thay now we want one too in our home. The electric blinds and double glazed windows made our sleeping nights perfect. The modern building is 10 minutes walk from Poetto beach and there is a bus stop to the centre of Cagliari (10- 15 minutes ride).Bar, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants also very close to our place. Beside the reception desk also a microwave avaliable and further coffe pods, teas etc.

We could not find any fault. We will surely return to Helios if back in Cagliari in the future.

Place is very clean , better than 4* Hotel standard,cleaning everyday. Gianmarco help you with everything:) I read comment here about noise , but in my case i havent this problem , you should choose right room :)

Air Conditioner outside of the room(hallway) work to good .. temperature like in fridge:)

Spacious room, comfy bed, great shower, super clean, and very well equiped! Simply great!

The internet was a bit weak in my room, but not a big deal.

Great Location, clean, huge Bathroom and confortable bed

Small fridge, poorly soundproofed. Can hear the other guests through the wall. The buzzer was too long and loud by entering the room. No instructions for checkout.

Easy to find , very clean , responsive staff.
