Gianmarco is friendly and gives good advice re restaurants etc. The room was spacious, and the bathroom comfortable and practical.

The ceiling lights in the bedroom are too stark and strong. Having two bedside reading lamps would be practical and also help create a more comfortable ambiance. A touch of colour with a painting or two would alleviate the sterile white decor.

The manager was very friendly and cooperative. The location was good and a short walk from beach.

I wish the check in time was earlier, say 1400, though they advised that they might call us before 1500 which was good of them. However at 1330 we left the bags at the property and checked in later on.

Gianmarco was very kind and provided us with helpful tips. We also enjoyed the appealing interior design of the apartment and the meticulous every-day cleaning. We also appreciated the daily provision of water and cookies for breakfast. The room is very close to a bus stop which handily brings you both into the city center and to various parts of the lido beach.

The size of this room is too small for six days. We were disappointed at the small scale of the terrasse which also gets very hot easily to the point of it not serving much.

It was very modern and comfortable beds. Also loved that snacks was included from the mini fridge and in the basket.

Sadly the AC seemd to be broken. It came out cold air from it but it never spread around the room. This was annoying since it was 35° outside. But the manager tried to help us constantly through the stay. Also sadly we had sand in our beds after the room was cleaned…

Such a superb experience! The room was modern and equipped with all the necessary things,it was clean and cozy, there is also a nice small balcony,the location is close to the sea. We also would like to thank Gianmarco for helping us,giving a good food location and tips for navigating around the city.I highly recommend this place!

It was close to the beach. Bus stop in front of the property. Close enough to the town centre.

On a main road. Not many restaurants around.

Great location. 10min to Poetto Beach and to bus station 1min. Host Gianmarco was really helpful. I could ask anything and he responded quickly. Top cleaning service. Every day room was cleaned perfectly. High standard. Room and bathroom were beautiful.
