location is perfect

entry to the property - always far too late when being given instructions for key codes. Why can this not be done a day in advance of travel? It is an issue every time we stay here and has not been addressed.

Fabulous location with walking from the doorstep and a cafe offering a wide selection of breakfast snd lunches. Lovely refurbishment keeping the character of the Custom House. Loved the Highland Soap toiletries. Good selection of coffees and teas. Particularly thoughtful was the lounge/kitchen area wiyh a complementary selection of bread, marmalade/jam and fresh milk. Also had a coffee machine.

Never had breakfast had early start.

Bath water not hot enough although shower was fine. Found entrance to property security gate a bit tight.
