Courtyard by Marriott Erie Ambassador Conference Center

Room was spacious and had a microwave and fridge. Separate sink outside bathroom.

It’s attached to a banquet and conference center and there was a wedding the night we stayed. Despite asking for a room in a quiet location and stating we had a 4:45 wake up, we were placed next to wedding party guests who stayed up all night and were incredibly loud. It would be helpful if the hotel put wedding guests on a separate floor from others.

The Front Desk staff was very nice and we really liked the location to places to eat and the lake. The room size was nice as well providing us with lots of space.

The luggage carts need to be replaced. I had one fall apart on us. The only other issued we had was our toilet would take a long time to fill up.

The manager was very friendly.

The pool room was dirty the same dirty cigarettes were laying in the shower area in the pool . The maintained guy drained the got tub while we was in the pool never cleaned it b4 filling it back up. A reciept layed in the hallway in the lobby the whole 5 days we were there . I've stayed at this hotel for 5 years bow rhis was the worse.

The facility was very clean and I felt like I was in a luxury hotel. The foyer, the hallways, the rooms were all clean and well maintained. The pool area was great and the food at the bistro was great as well.

I didn't like that I paid for my room to include breakfast, but I had to get vouchers from the front desk for the bistro. I thought there would be a self-serve breakfast area, but it was a bistro. Plus, there was onyl one worker at the bistro and she was overwhelmed. Next time, I'll just go to the Cracker Barrel behind the hotel when I return for my Erie trips.

Staff was nice . Room was nice size!

No hot water! Had to cancel second day!
