Because I booked a room with 2 queen beds breakfast wasn’t included. That was disappointing. Breakfast should be included for all rooms.

The hotel looked grate high end level.. grate time at the pool area.. the one housekeeping lady on 2nd floor was grate. But Didnt get her name.

The room i booked had stains on all the beding. Was given a new room witch was grate. Got a $20 meal certificate how ever it was dated for that day and it was evening hours so i didnt get to use it. Breakfast on the last morning was a bad exsperince. My cappo didnt arrive i had to ask for it. My meal was wrong.. that point i was aggrivated and just walked away.. some staff were kinda rude.

"It was perfect!!!"

Absolutely everything!! The staff is incredible and were very accommodating to our needs and my questions. we traveled to see the Total Eclipse and they made the viewing a great time as well!

Bed was comfortable. Staff was extremely pleasant.

No continental breakfast. Cafe wasn't open early or long enough. No coffee even after the Cafe closed. Coffee in the room was awful. I won't stay there again.

"Desk staff not friendly at all"

No breakfast no garage can in room toilet is very low to ground very hard for disabled vetern to get on and off had 3 towels for 4 adults
