"Very underwhelming"

The staff at the breakfast bar was very nice

Shower water was cold in the evening and morning . The hairdryer did not work and the hotel looked run down. When mentioned to the front desk ( a dirty looking young man with piercings ) he gave me a blank stare and did not know what to do with the information given . I was very friendly towards him and just gave him the infos so he can fix the room for the next guest . This person should not work at the front desk or interact with guests at all !!

"Great heated pool!"

The heated pool was perfect, comfortable temp. Also there’s a sauna and hot tub. Plenty of space inside and outside patio area.

I wish there was a continental breakfast included in the stay.

Everything was great!! Staff was friendly, beds were comfortable. The entire hotel was very clean. Close to restaurants and shopping. Nice pool

"We enjoyed ourselves! Everything was close and a beach one exit down!! Definitely staying again!"
