I did not stay here. On the morning I was due to arrive they messaged to say they had a flood and my accommodation would not be available. I had to book more expensive last minute accommodation. They promised to refund my money but that was over 3 weeks ago and still not refund! Unacceptable.

It was right near the harbour and was in the middle of downtown making it accessible to everything. It was also clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Nothing at all, everything was perfect.

The property advertised was not the location of the apartment. The original location was a studio. The location that we stayed was a fully furnished 1 bedroom apt with a full kitchen and parking was provided. The apartment is downtown two blocks from the inner Harbor.

The bathroom needed the sink fixed.

Comfortable, felt like a home. More personal. I didn’t stay on this property but another 1 bedroom apartment on light street that this company own. You still park the garage. It’s has a kitchen and washer/dryer. Walk to the harbor, night light to party.

Room stayed too warm despite adjusting thermostat and fan. Checking in was a hassle.

I liked that there was a kitchen, a refrigerator with water and ice, a nice sized bedroom, and a living room with a tv in it. I also liked the bathroom. I also liked that the garage we parked in was locked at night.

All of blinds inside the place were messed up and need replaced, there’s no tv in the bedroom and it was dirty under the drawers, the remote didn’t have a back to it, and the walls needed repainted in areas like the bathroom. Also, the night life is very loud, especially in the bedroom. I also didn’t like the parking situation when getting there, it’s in a garage across the street and they give you a key when you first meet up with the owner. I had to loop around a few times times to find a spot to park to meet him so he could take me inside the apartment to give me the keys and parking key, then had to go back in the car to park inside the garage. The garage’s power went out on my second night and I was not able to get through with my parking pass.

The lighting in the room could of been much brighter which I have shared already with onsite management
