"The perfect place to stay."

Good hotel location room was clean and washroom also clean but room size is small as compared to picture it is good for 3 or 4 days stay !,

no any other issue. Just 1 thing wr haven't received water bottle as a complimentary and when we asked they said its over and had to purchase by our own. The food was average, “Need to improve food quality”

A/c not working in the room allocated, main lobby, restaurant. It is cold while eating breakfast and dinner. Dinner starts very late, nothing can be ordered before dinner. Room floor is dirty and never cleaned. Hair dryer and and bath tissue were not given even after asking the staff multiple times. Staff will listen to your complaint and will not do anything.

Nothing

Below are series of events that happened in span of 1 hours which forced me to leave the property : 1. It took the team 25-30 mins to check us in even though the check in counter was rather empty.2. The ladies washroom in the lobby was so stinky and dirty that my daughter refused to enter, mind you, she waited for 1hour to reach the hotel from the airport so as to use the washroom. This made me furious and I had to tell reception 3 times to get the washroom cleaned so that my 9yr old can use it. This is unacceptable and I cannot imagine having this experience in IHCL branded property3. Reception team looked absolutely confused and disoriented during the check in process and I kept asking them what the holdup was and all they had to say was that we are a new hotel and they are trying to figure out "something".4. They somehow managed to give us a room which was an executive suite and the team kept fumbling again and again on where our luggage was. I reminded them 3 times which was our and they still couldn't figure it out.    5. Upon entering the room, I saw it had one double bed instead of advertised two (screenshot below) and when I countered the reception they simply said it might be a mistake and we will get it corrected. This made me go mad because the only reason I booked a suite was that it has two beds. Also, the door of the room had wall plaster coming out near the brackets.  6. To add to the misry, there were dirty & stinkin clothes in the washroom (from previous checkin I guess) and my daughter and wife both were disgusted beyond belief at this gory sight. 7. When I confronted the team, all I got was that we can get it cleaned and look at their "I don't care" demeanor, I asked for a refund and they did so in less than 2mins. 8.
