As per my business point of view location is good.

The water shower was not working properly.

The overall facilities were very good... If any tourist is visiting kashmir and wants to be safe from any scam regarding hotel booking then this might be your best choice.... Located 7km from Dal Lake (main attraction of srinagar) and the area is quite good but you won't find any market nearby... If you are visiting in winters it have very good centralised heating system which makes your whole stays cozy and comfortable Also the in-house restaurant is quite good..... Good for family

No Laundry Service available No arrangement for local transport

Rooms were brand new, clean and heating system was exceptional. Also property manager- Mr Imran was helpful.

Most of other staffs were not trained, courtesies and attentive. Restaurant had very limited choice and failed to serve food when it was needed. Every evening, they were closed for Ala carta, only took order after 8pm, but failed to maintain the quality and quantity of per serving.

Food at restaurant hotel inclusive in stay was superb and healthy

Slippers in room was not there but was chargeable and water after 2 small bottles is also chargeable for the day
