The stay was not as expected, they don't even have basic amenities like showercaps and iron. The breakfast was bad too, We ordered something else and they got us something else

Hotel phone number is given on website is wrong, there is no way to call Hotel, So we. approached centralised call centre of Indian Hotels. Even they couldn't talk to this hotel so they sent email which was not at all replied. Hotel restaurant and lobbyv's AC was switched off all the time in cold weather. Reception Staff was very inhumane and arrogant. My 4yrs old grandaughter had fever, so we requested. for 30 minutes early chech in but they did not show any concern and roughly told us, it is not possible. Though heater facilities were present in lobby, they did not put on heater and we sat in extreme cold weather with sick baby. In the room, the facilities are not maintained. Toilet seat was not fixed it was accident prone, shower mixer knob was missing.floor level in the shower is not towards the drain so after bath the bathroom gets flooded with water.Bellboy was demanding tips for bringing bags to the room. Reception doesn't pick up phone calls for 5 to 10 min. After repeated calls water bottle was not delivered and I had to walk down from 3rd floor to reception for water bottle. Lots of delays in issuing WiFi password, almost after so much request, we could get it. Restaurant supplies were inadequate, broken tea cups were offered after asking. Ontable services were poor due to very inadequate staff.
