Ginger Srinagar Barzulla Near Srinagar Airport

Location is near to Airport.

In washroom, there was yellow and very dirty water. When I saw the water and complained, hotel staff told that in entire hotel and in Srinagar, this kind of water is only being supplied. I was very surprised to hear this as Srinagar is near the mountains where clean water is available everywhere even when you go to a waterfall you can drink water just like that. During my entire stay, I could not take a shower due to this problem hotel could not help. For toothbrush and face wash, I used water bottles. I also could not collect courage to eat breakfast thinking gutter like water might be used for food as well. I was expecting better with Ginger hotels being a chain, but I will never stay with Ginger again.

Very very inexpensive hotel but services was really great. The staff were all very helpful and accommodating. The manager Imran was very helpful and even assured us to get a driver and hotel in gulmarg . Budget hotel but with great facilities

Toilet could be a little more cleaner. The sink was leaking

Charge extra for even slippers and toothpaste for a suite booked of Rs 6500

worst property ever seen and shows XTRA LARGE BED but they provide QUEEN SIZE BED, TATA company are becoming cheater after Mr. Ratan tata Died. Shame on this company

Breakfast was prepared for south Indian crowd seriously what could be more disgusting than that.

First of all they don’t know about basic amenities like no slippers in your room. No tooth brush seriously Wifi not working I don’t think they have sound proof rooms so much noise coming from outside. Couldn’t sleep
