Jansen’s Bungalow Sinharaja Rainforest Retreat

הגענו בשעה שהחלה החשיכה. בכל שטח המלון יש הרבה מאוד גרמי מדרגות. המדרגות לא אחידות בגודלן. חלקן צרות חלקן גבוהות . רצו לתת לנו חדר ליד הנהר. זה דרש ירידה בהרבה מאוד מדרגות .והתרחקות מהכניסה למלון ומהמסעדה. לא הסכמנו לכך , כיוון שהירידה היתה מאוד ארוכה, ולא כל המדרגות מוארות בצורה טובה. סדרו לנו חדר מס. 1 שהוא חדר לא גדול , אבל העדפנו אותו. למחרת העבירו אותנו לחדר גדול עם מרפסת , צופה לנוף. יש לציין שהצוות מאוד נחמד ומשתדל לעזור. האינטרנט לא עובד טוב בחלקים של המלון. ליד הקבלה יש אינטרנט טוב. יש מים חמים במקלחת רק לקחת בחשבון שהזרם עדין. לבקשתנו, ארזו לנו ארוחת בוקר טובה, כי יצאנו מוקדם לצפרות. הגיעו לחדר שלנו לפני השעה 6 בבוקר עם הארוחה ארוזה. הכניסה למלון בשביל צר ודי משובש. זה מקום יפה בטבע , ולא יתאים לכל אחד.

הארוחות מוגשות באיטיות. גרמי מדרגות רבים.

The location and area is breathtaking. Right in the jungle with an infinity pool facing the endless forest. The mansion is beautiful with a lot of details. Only the Wifi is struggling due to the lacation but it‘s great to disconnect. Food was good as well. When you visit Sinharaja - stay here

Wir waren überwältigt! Sehr schön gelegen, im Kolonialstill gebaut und eingerichtet, vermittelt das Hotel ein Gefühl von Hochwertigkeit und Exklusivität. Die Bedienung war erstklassig und immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Perfect hideout in Kudawa. Tastefully decorated rooms with all amenities. Delicious food - do not skip Sri Lankan rice and curry and string hoppers. Staff were helpful at all times. There is a rocky stream just 5 mins from the premises. At night you will be able to see the Milkyway and hear a cacophony of insects.

The view, the service, the food, the pool, the sounds (especially at sunset when the jungle comes alive and you hear birds singing like you've never heard before) – simply everything is a breathtaking experience. Sometimes you can also hear the monkeys. You have a bungalow all to yourself and can enjoy the jungle experience completely undisturbed. There's nothing to complain about. And I still can't get enough of the homemade ice tea.
