Tidelands Caribbean Boardwalk Hotel and Suites

Property is a good location and by pool you have severs love that.

The elevators are scary and need some work on them . One stopped working for a while and then the same one the next day had no light in it so riding in total darkness kids were scared. The rooms feel very musty at all times it’s like the air wasn’t blowing enough . Also rooms are not the cleanest

Everyone at the hotel was great

We had very noisy neighbors and lots of people yelling at 1-2 am between the hotel buildings very hard time sleeping

It's in a good location.

The parking is terrible. As someone who needed handicap parking, there are 2 or 3 spots total. You are charged extra for parking and the parking lot fills up quickly. There is additional parking across the street and several blocks over. Despite having a spot or not, you're still charged. The hotel was full of teenagers that disrespected the hotel and other guests. Our vehicle was vandalized twice during the stay from I'm guessing teenagers throwing food, drinks, and random things off the balcony. Nothing was done about it. When we first arrived to our room, blood were on the pillow and sheets. The refrigerator was not working, called several times and no one ever came up to replace it. The rooms are not up to date at all.

Loved the staff and the food and staff at the pool bar were amazing. Beds are super comfortable.
