Location is perfect and Appartment is specious for a couple

The cleaning was not done I tried to clean the apartment myself however the cleaning mop and vacuum also not in condition I can clean. Property needs to check with the cleaning company. Towel has hole and stain . It doesn’t cost much have some new towels

A localização perto do great market é excelente. O conforto do apartamento excelente. E á noite o silêncio. Tinha tudo o necessário. A comunicação com o responsável do apartamento era muito boa.

Location was good and the apartment had a good layout, nice and quiet in the evening as well.

Limited check-in instructions (they will write to you on booking and you will be required to use a secondary app that isnt well developed). When we arrived we called the lady to get help with the check-in but she wasn't helpful at all and didn't provide instructions, we were left to figure it out alone. When completing the check-in, we expected to receive and entry code to the building but didnt get anything. We called the lady again and she got annoyed because apparently we were supposed to be sent a code through the booking app (again, something we weren't previously informed about) and told us we should get off the phone with her so she can send the code, rude. Once finally inside, the apartment was incredibly dusty all around, the decorations are spacious enough for them to easily clean so it was obvious that they hadn't cleaned at all. The bed was made neatly, with two towels prepared, rolled up like in a hotel, but one was completely stained with bleach and the other was torn badly. It's funny, we found clean, new looking towels, under the bed-sofa so we used those instead. The bedsheets had hairs on them so we didn't take the chance and slept with our clothes on the first night, first thing in the morning we washed the sheets. The cups and glasses were dirty, they hadn't been washed thoroughly, at most someone had rinsed them with water. Lightly washing them made them clean. Same goes for the plates and bowls we used, they were greasy to the touch until we washed them and they got clean. With the cutlery we didn't take the chance, we just washed them. The shower head couldn't be sustained in a firm position so we had to lunge paper into the fixture to be able to hold the shower head in place. And finally, the Nespresso machine didn't work, it just spit out dirty water so the capsules we bought had to be cut open and used in the mocca instead.
