we booked at de luxe but the is too small and don’t have any properly to sit and eat. so noisy at the middle of the night.

Noisy at night, the staff keep laughing. Maybe we are near at their stockroom. So noisy. The tv not working and keep changing channel.

Tv is not working and not so clear. Hope the early check in price could more affordable. We are near at your stock room, the staff is so noisy even the middle of the night. I hope they could work with respect to the people around and rest.

that there is a convenient store beside it

my fiancé would’ve gave you 1 star. we checked in earlier and expecting couple hundreds but their hourly rate is 180-200/hour on top of my bookings.com reservation we ended up spending ₱1500 for just morning til night. with that amount we could’ve stayed in a nice hotel, we know because we travel and check-in frequently. then the bathroom was not even cleaned, the shower is not fully showering you, the sink was clogged we didn’t use it, the tv was not working and no remote on site, the room switches are confusing, they lack racks or place where you can hang your towels or clothes, & lastly the doorknob sa loose or damaged.

The staff (lady) who checked us in was very rude and unaccommodating. They said she's the tenured staff there but she acts like she's bored of her job. Placed us in a room with broken AC and smelt of cigarette smoke. No remote for TV and AC.
