"Our Second Stay."

I like our room as they comfortable. The price of the hotel is okay.

The way the staff talk over the phone is kinda uncomfy and the food offered Is not that good.

Due to the hotel's unethical practice and standards of not letting their guests stay at their waiting area/lounge, unprofessional receptionist that she wanted us to go out, to leave and to not stay in the waiting area is a proof of their inconsiderate protocols. Theyre in hospitality business and should always act as being hospitable and respectful to their customers. Therefore, we have cancelled our stay with Ranchotel and look for another hotel that will accomodate us properly and with respect.
