It was a great experience

It was clean and spacious, it looked exactly like the pictures. The location was excellent. Everything you would expect was in place.

The elevator was terrible. The property was on the top (16th) floor of the building and only a single elevator was in service. Being a very busy building sometimes we had to wait 5 minutes to get inside the elevator and then once in, you would sometimes end up stopping at 10 different floors. Since it’s also a residential building you would frequently have to share the lift with owners and their dogs. Many times there were multiple dogs in the elevator with us. Taking out the trash was also a problem as there was no garbage shoot or collection service meaning we had to carry our garbage to the ground floor in the busy elevator. Parking was expensive and there was no deal for parking included with the property so when our friends came to visit we had to pay the extremely high retail parking fees. The lounge and roof terraces were out of service and the only place we could get fresh air was the dog walking area on the roof.

Location was great- Starbucks & St. Germaine is close by for coffee & breakfast. There are other walkable restaurants - Fish Market, Anis Cafe. There is a 24h door person in which they were very friendly and helpful! Gym was great and pool area (too cold to be used during our stay).

I was given only 1 key fob for 5 people so we had to request for a second one. When we did get the second one, it only worked for the condo door so someone in the lobby person had to help us set the elevator door to open for the 10th floor. Full sets of towels were not provided so we had to request for more. We only had 2 bath and 3 hand towels so still not full sets. When we were provided with more towels, they were only bath towels. There were no hair dryers but luckily one of us brought one. Description states that there is a sofa bed but it was a regular sofa. It was fine for 2 nights but extra sheets were not provided and our request for extra sheets was not fulfilled. Communications with their customer service was very inconsistent as what we requested came a day later even though they had informed us that we were to receive items that day. A coffee maker was provided but no filter so we could not use the coffee we bought on our first day.

Overpriced, communication with global is horrible. The company has these units inside a building with the residents. The housekeepers are subcontractors and only speak Spanish. The front desk staff Blaise & Dustin did there best to accommodate my family but they don’t work for global luxuries

It was in the middle of everything thing

Because it didn’t have the balcony it said on the picture we didn’t have tissue, washcloth, or trash bags , the coffee table was broke from the previous visitors.

I loved almost everything about this place, but there were a couple of downsides. The positives: The building was very clean, and the front desk staff were exceptionally friendly. The apartment we stayed in was spacious and well-stocked with essentials. I would definitely book this place again if I'm in the area. The drawbacks: The water pressure in the shower was quite poor. Only one of the four elevators was working in a building with over 20 floors. My husband and I had to take the stairs from the 13th floor multiple times during our stay.
