USThe room was great right up until I woke up to no power. I called for over an hour before someone finally called me back to explain it was a known outage. The power never came back on and I had to leave the room early. Luckily there was a chefs kitchen on the 8th floor and a Starbucks machine so I was able to grab some breakfast before I left.
USMy vehicle was broken into and all of me and my family belongings were taken and the day shift manager was extremely rude and unhelpful

The bedroom and bathroom was not clean. There was hair in the bed and all in the bathroom. We had to go out and purchase cleaning items and wash the sheets
